ↈ Los Jueces y Fiscales deben atenerse estrictamente a la letra fría de las leyes (debiendo ajustarse aquellos casos en que se presenten ambigüedades) bajo el rol de "Administración y Aplicación de Justicia", eliminando la posibilidad de interpretación sesgada o ideológica de las mismas. Nuestra vida y libertad no debe depender de un Fiscal o un Juez, sino "de la ley".

ↈ Reformar el Consejo de la Magistratura con profesionales y con referentes de la comunidad éticos e intachables. Que permita un rápido y transparente control – remociones de Jueces y Fiscales (enriquecimiento ilícito, mal desempeño, lentitudes manifiestas reiteradas, penas y/o excarcelaciones incoherentes).

ↈ Task force: Afip + Oficina Anticorrupción (a conformarse por mix oposición + oficialismo + minorías + consultoras internacionales): Investigación patrimonial de Mafias y Organizaciones delictivas (cualquiera que se encuentre por fuera de la ley).

ↈ Erradicar el abolicionismo penal de Jueces, Fiscales, y toda educación ultra garantista de Universidades Estatales, que no se convalida con el sentido común de una vida en sociedad con «justicia plena, pero equitativa».

ↈ Legislación más punitiva e inmediata para combatir: la trata de personas, trabajo esclavo, prostitución, narcotráfico, corrupción, secuestro, acciones de violencia/intimidación pública, terrorismo, crimen organizado.

ↈ Implementar las leyes de: Imprescriptibilidad de Delitos de Corrupción Política, y la de Extinción de Dominio. Generar un grupo consultor ad honoren de juristas “notables” intachables.

ↈ Ampliar la cobertura legal a VÍCTIMAS de delitos, para asegurar su excarcelación inmediata y no culpabilidad por «Legítima Defensa» (sea propia, familiar, o terceros en peligro grave inminente ante la exposición de armas de delincuentes en sus contra) más allá del ámbito interno de la vivienda.

ↈ Asegurar el cumplimiento “efectivo y completo“ de penas.

ↈ Eliminar excarcelaciones y salidas anticipadas/transitorias para todo tipo de delito graves. Incluir a los delitos graves los: “robos con armas”, y/o “ante lesiones-secuelas sensibles a las víctimas”.

ↈ Imputabilidad con régimen penal “Carcelario” especial efectivo, para “todo menor” ante casos graves y/o recurrencias (reforma legal).

ↈ Lanzar un Programa Privado para la Construcción de Cárceles (deducir como inversión la asignación de toda la concesión de sus servicios).

ↈ Eliminar los sueldos de los presos, y/o condicionarlos a una real contraprestación laboral y/o educacional, no asignables ante reincidencias, así como su posibilidad a votar.


ↈ Dar acceso público a la base de datos de violadores, secuestradores, asesinos, narcos, terroristas (reforma legal).

ↈ Impulsar inmediatamente todas las causas “bisagras” de Estado: Nisman, Narcotráfico, Barras Bravas, AMIA, Embajada, entre otras.

ↈ More punitive and immediate legislation to combat: human trafficking, slave labor, prostitution, drug trafficking, corruption, kidnapping, acts of violence / public intimidation, terrorism, organized crime.
